Question 1

Are your quilts handmade in the UK?

Accepted Answer

Yes, every quilt is made entirely by hand in Midsomer Norton, near Bath, Somerset, England. Each piece is cut, folded and stitched by Lynne — no machines are used in the patchwork process.

Question 2

Do you ship internationally?

Accepted Answer

Yes. We offer free delivery within the United Kingdom, shipping to Europe for £12.95 and worldwide delivery for £25.00. All quilts are carefully packaged and sent from Somerset, England.

Question 3

How do I care for a handmade patchwork quilt?

Accepted Answer

Hand wash or use a gentle machine cycle with lukewarm water and mild detergent. Dry flat — never tumble dry on high heat. Store in a breathable cotton bag, not plastic. With proper care, a handmade British quilt will last generations.

Question 4

Are the quilts one of a kind?

Accepted Answer

Yes, every quilt is completely unique. Once a quilt is sold, it cannot be replicated. Each piece represents hundreds of hours of handwork by a single British quilter.

Question 5

What payment methods do you accept?

Accepted Answer

We accept all major credit and debit cards through Stripe's secure checkout. Payment is processed in GBP (British pounds).
