Shipping Policy

UK orders are delivered free of charge via Royal Mail Tracked 48. Expected delivery is 3–5 working days from dispatch. All quilts are carefully folded, wrapped in acid-free tissue paper, and sent in sturdy packaging to ensure they arrive in perfect condition.

We ship to Europe and selected international destinations via Royal Mail International Tracked. European delivery typically takes 7–14 working days. Rest of World delivery takes 10–21 working days. International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes payable upon delivery — these are the responsibility of the buyer.

As each quilt is a one-of-a-kind handmade item, we do not accept returns for change of mind. If your quilt arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs and we will arrange a full refund or replacement where possible.

For international shipments, quilts are declared under HS code 9404.90 (quilts and patchwork items). The declared value will match the purchase price.
